Parking

Hey, does anybody know how getting a parking spot in Lincoln Towers works? I heard that they cost around $50,000 with about $100/month maintenance. Any info out there?

A big scam is the parking spots
Assuming a Loan Amount of $50,000.00
Your Monthly Payment for 30 Years
for an Interest Rate of 5.750 % is
291.79 a Month. No add in the maintenance of 100. So you get a parking spot, that you have to shovel, you have to clean your car off all for approx $400 a month. You can get parking in the area for $296-350

Has anyone confirmed that a lot is $50k? I think it's more like 10k, which is pricey but not egregious.

YES..THAT'S RIGHT! 50K IS WHAT WE PAID IN OUR BUILDING ..AND THAT WAS 2 1/2 YEARS AGO...HOW MANY APARTMENT BUILDINGS ARE THERE IN NEW YORK CITY THAT HAVE PARKING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. THE TRUMP CROWD WOULD KILL FOR THE SAME.

But at the end of the 30 years, try selling your spot in the garage for the $100k or more that your owned spot will be worth and then tell me which is a better deal.

The apartment next to me was selling theirs and they wanted $50k for it but they ended up selling it to the people that bought the apartment.
